One API for every
screening vendor.

BGScreen is one integration point for the background-data vendors CRAs already use: credit, criminal, housing court records, driving records, identity, and verifications. You connect once, we run the gateways, and you can bring your own bureau logins if you already hold them. White-label is a face on that (applicant intake and branded reports) when you need one; it is not the product. We have been building screening platforms since 2004, we are a TransUnion Developer Partner, and this is FCRA work, not a people-search site.

Researcher

Pending

Credit and national criminal delivered. Housing court still out. The gap is named. We do not hold the rest of the file, and we do not treat a missing search as a clean result.

What you can order

The searches you already sell, through one connection.

You order by the kind of search, not by learning each vendor's payload. The product still names the source. A dispute has to go back to the same place.

Credit

Consumer credit through the bureaus and aggregators. Experian, Equifax, and alternative files where they fit. Each bureau is its own product, so a dispute goes back to the same source.

Criminal

National database searches when you need breadth. County and federal court when you need the primary source. A clean result is still a finished, billable search.

Housing court records

Landlord-tenant filings and what the court actually did with them. A filing is not a judgment. We do not sell a category called eviction.

Driving records

Motor vehicle records from a state DMV, ordered as its own product. The source stays on the row so you know which state answered.

Identity

Names and addresses tied to a Social Security number, used to scope the rest of the screen. Identity verification itself is an exam on the applicant, not a search you place in the same call.

Verification

Employment and education, confirmed with the source. These take days, not seconds. The order stays open until the researcher finishes.

Products

Entitle the searches you sell. If you sell a tenant screen or a pre-employment screen, make that a package so your people order the screen, not a vendor acronym.

Our data

Spokane County criminal and housing court records, from us, sold like any other source. Later counties the same way. We are a vendor on this platform, not a special case.

Your bureau logins

You already got credentialed. Keep it. We run ordering, results, the audit trail, and the client-facing pieces. Bureau passwords stay yours.

White-label is applicant intake, a portal, and branded reports in your name. You still buy products or the platform underneath. It is not a fourth SKU.

How an order runs

Place it. Wait on the slow ones. Deliver what came back.

One order fans out across the products you entitled. Instant searches return on the call. Court runners and verifications stay open until the source answers.

1

Place it

You send the person and what to run, and you name the legal reason. Calling from software? We open the file, attach the people, and place the order in one shot, so consent and disputes still have a person to hang off.

2

Wait on the slow ones

Credit often comes back while you are still on the line. County court and verifications do not. Those sit with a vendor, sometimes a person at a courthouse, for hours or days. No record found is a completed, billable answer, not a failure.

3

Deliver what came back

If one source is down, we send the rest and we name the gap. We do not hold the whole file hostage, and we do not pretend a missing search was a clean result. We also do not quietly pull the same kind of search from somebody else.

If we turn the order down before it leaves, we do not call anyone and we do not charge you. If the vendor was called, there is a record. By then it is evidence.

Limelyte Technology Group

Twenty years of this work, sold as a platform.

We have been building and maintaining screening platforms for CRAs since 2004: compliance tooling, applicant flows, ordering and results, client-facing reports. The first system was Delphi. We have rebuilt how we talk to the vendors four times. Bureaus change their APIs. Court runners do not. Hundreds of vendor integrations over those twenty years. We are a TransUnion Developer Partner. ShareAble already runs in production screening systems we maintain. BGScreen is the current generation from the same people in Spokane.

This is FCRA work. Every pull names a permissible purpose. Applicant files stay with the customer who ordered them. We do not replace your CRA. If you are a CRA, this is the operations layer. If you build property or HR software, this is how your product places screens without standing up a bureau shop of your own.

A person in Spokane replies. No mailer, no drip. This form is for buyers and operators. It is not applicant intake and not a request for a consumer report. Do not send a subject's name, Social Security number, date of birth, or address.
